Phase 1:

Our experts offer customized business development concepts to our clients based on the following valuation methods:

Asset based valuation methods (e.g. Net Asset Value (NAV) Method)

Market based valuation methods (e.g. Comparative Analysis Method)

Other valuation methods (e.g. Venture Capital (VC) Method, Scorecard Method)

Phase 2:

Purchase of the companies featured in the concept using the help of our legal partners in the given country.

Phase 3:

Development and management of the purchased and/or newly established businesses in the first two years, done by the experts delegated by our company.

Phase 4:

Sale of the business portfolio of increased value to realize the profit of the investment. Possible after the end of the second year or later.

Phase 5:

In case the client wants to keep the developed business portfolio, a choice is available to either continue with the expert management previously delegated by our company or to replace our management by a new board chosen by the client.
